The One Piece Card Game OP13 Carrying on His Will booster box is the official 3rd Anniversary set of the English release. The set will be released on November 7, 2025, and revolves around the legacy of the Three Brothers: Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, complemented by new cards for the World Government, Imu, and the Five Elders. This makes OP13 both a celebration for collectors and a strong upgrade for competitive decks.

OP13 introduces six new Leaders that allow you to build different strategies right away. The line-up consists of Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, Sabo, Gol D. Roger, Jewelry Bonney, and Imu. Each leader has their own combos and builds, from Straw Hat and Whitebeard Pirates to Revolutionary Army, Roger Pirates, and World Government.

For collectors, extra attention has been paid to the art and finish. You will find Red Super Alt-Art cards exclusively added to this Anniversary booster, WANTED Edition cards with a new poster frame, and Character Edition cards with a luxurious finish. There is also a gold foil Event Alt-Art of Roger’s Divine Departure and a new illustration by Gege Akutami. The set totals 133+1 card types and uses the usual rarities such as Leader, C, UC, R, SR, SEC, Special, and Special 3rd Anniversary Cards.
