Our commitment to the quality of our products is paramount, and we always strive to deliver them to you in excellent condition. Nevertheless, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that other unforeseen circumstances arise as a result of which you can make a claim under the warranty. According to legal regulations, you must contact us within two months of discovering the defect to report it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Complaints


We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@magictraders.nl or using our contact form. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the Disputes Committee . From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
